Web Developer
Can you develop interaction models/UI for complex web applications that are targeted for wide variety of demographics? Are you passionate about Web 2.0, AJAX and client-side APIs/frameworks? You'll be solving these challenges and much more at SubCrews.

Lead QA Engineer
The Lead QA Engineer will be responsible for testing our Web applications, providing technical leadership and evaluating QA tools. Candidate must be hands-on with a passion for finding problems and deficiencies in products under development following a methodical and repeatable full-coverage test process. This person is a self-starter who can work effectively on their own as well as a member of a team. Their work is thorough, well-organized and well documented. Customer satisfaction and product quality are key values. The position requires 3-5 years of professional software QA experience.
Responsibilities:
Build test automation framework, black box and white box testing
Release management, performance and security analysis
Participate in design and code reviews to help assure testability in the product
Develop, execute and maintain test scripts, test cases, automation tests
Report on product quality
Challenge yourself to find & reproduce unique and hard to find bugs
Perform regression, usability, stress, performance, security testing as appropriate
Conscientiously track bugs using bug tracking system
Participate in product design review
Document test plans
Requirements:
BS Software Engineering or equivalent degree
Strong analytical skills, decisive and detail oriented
3-5+ years of QA experience
Experience working in Agile development environment
Experience testing multiple tier enterprise software

Candidates MUST have hands-on expertise in architecting, prioritizing, and developing product roadmap for a growing consumer Internet company. Have extensive prior experience in a major ecommerce, search, social network, and community building Internet site in a hands-on product marketing role. Demonstrate direct influence on increasing membership, community size, and page views in prior role of a major Internet consumer company. Ideal candidate will also be civically active in their local neighborhood and be aware of social dynamics and neighborhood organizations in the United States. Position is in the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area. Candidates must be extremely hard working and self motivated to help us build the next great Internet company.
